I need help on StoryGraph! Does anyone here use it? I‘m having problems with multiple editions showing as read when I switched from the print (I accidentally tagged it) to the audio, and “remove book” isn‘t working. And the “contact us” page link doesn‘t work at all (see the not-a-button above). I‘m a free user, if that makes any difference. Any ideas?

MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm I‘m also a free user and the message button is working for me. Maybe check if there‘s an app update on your phone? I‘m not tech savvy, so other than the “turn it off and on” go-to, I don‘t have any other advice. 😅 Hope it starts working for you. 2w

Deblovestoread I have had this issue in the past. Usually accessing from a different platform worked. Ipad rather than phone or website instead of app. 2w

thebacklistbook Definitely check for an app update. Also when I had the duplicates issue in the past I found I had go on the website. I ultimately had to do a few things. If it is an i read it several times different editions issue change the edition for each time read to the same edition/ manually add the read dates of the others to your preferred edition. Then erase the extras. 1/2 2w
thebacklistbook 2/2 if it is I read it once but have multiple versions showing up then purge the book and manually add it back to your read list after. 2w
ravenlee Thanks everyone! @thebacklistbook @Deblovestoread @wanderinglynn @MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm It took a few days but I got it to work. I had to shut down that browser page and refresh everything a couple times, then I was able to manage the list again. 1w
