My last read was a little too heavy, so back to Lupin i go :)
Cuter book cover than the one on my epub. I wonder if they redid new editions with the netflix visuals ?

nanuska_153 How are the Lupin books? Used to love the cartoons when I was a kid 😅but didn't really enjoy the series that came out a couple of years ago 2mo
catsuit_mango @nanuska_153 i like the books, they are of course dated and some of the plots have been seen a lot since but they are well written and Lupin is a fun character. I never saw the cartoons, but my mom was a fan of the original series and I liked the new ones even if the plots are even more unrealistic than the original books :) 2mo
nanuska_153 @catsuit_mango he was very funny in the cartoons (and a bit of a pervert 😅) so I missed him being funny in the series. Might give one of the books a try, does it matter which one I start with? And if not, which one would you recommend? 2mo
catsuit_mango @nanuska_153 not much of a pervert in the books. There is a bit of an arc in the series and recurring characters, but not enough that you have to start from the first book. I have not read enough of them to have a favourite. You might like Lupin against Herlock Sholmes just for the parody of Holmes :) 2mo
