Brisk, absurd comedy in a grim dystopian metropolis, satirizing celebrity culture, social media & social climbing. This French debut graphic novel is funny and unsettling. The extreme architectural perspectives made me feel a bit dizzy. The unusual premise—name recognition is vital to maintaining a heartbeat—kept me wondering how it would end for a woman who didn‘t care about all that. Translation by Aleisha Jensen. #comics
