When a new virus emerges, one man is set to change the future. The Australian agent Jared Pond is sent to investigate the rumours of a new Chinese bioweapon, the Hei Bai virus. I am pretty sure I got that book for free and that's lucky as it's mostly badly written and feels opportunistic with all the references to the corona pandemic. And who writes all of their villains saying "muahaha" à la Austin Powers?
