Pickpick

Book two in the Belle trilogy and I was just as engrossed in this one as the first book.

This book follows Belle through her early twenties, WW1 and the Spanish flu epidemic. Her marriage to Jimmy, how the war affected women, the friends she made and lost.

Split between the UK, France and New Zealand I really did enjoy all the scenery descriptions.

Looking forward to finishing this trilogy soon.
