I‘m really frustrated with postal delivery companies at the moment. I don‘t get why they are delaying stuff. I get that it‘s Christmas, but when I pay for 2 day rush delivery, I expect that I‘ll get within 2 days of the shipping label being created. THIS ISN‘T HARD!!! And when a parcel is sitting in a warehouse that is less than 2 hours from my house, it should be delivered on time!!!
melissajayne The road coming into Abbotsford from the west are fine and 99.9% of Abbotsford wasn‘t affected by the flooding! Especially where I live! 2y
melissajayne And honestly when I ask to speak with a supervisor, I should be able to speak with one within a few minutes of requesting one, not 24-48 hours. 2y
melissajayne And when a person says that they are going to phone at specific time, they should call me at that specific time (it‘s ok when they give me a timeframe but when it‘s 1:04 and you say you‘re going to call me at 1 pm, you better phone me at 1 pm) 2y

mcctrish Sometimes ( all the time) it feels like everyone‘s time is more valuable than yours 🤬 2y
melissajayne @mcctrish I so agree; it also doesn‘t hurt to take one‘s anxiety medication on time avoid these issues 2y
mcctrish 😆 true 2y
Sharpeipup I agree - you pay for a service but get treated like they are doing you a favor. I might have had a similar experience with a vendor recently. He was shocked when I cancelled my order for a full refund & I bought it from a local place. 2y
melissajayne @Sharpeipup it‘s even more frustrating when you‘re getting the runaround from a postal service blaming the weather, when the roads have been fine where I live. (edited) 2y
