Fast paced, solid edition to the Scot Harvath series. There is one disaster plot against the US in this thriller, but it takes many various departments and teams across the globe to squash the threat. Complicated plot, but entertaining, and as always chillingly possible. Brad Thor‘s books are almost prescient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 / 5 ❤️📚 #serieslove2023

The Scot Harvath series is pretty good. This one, however, offers a great plot but a few too many characters to keep track of. There are also parallel plots, but one never quite seems as important as the other. Basically, Harvath and his team have to figure out what type of attack China is planning against the U.S. At the same time a small team of commandos must infiltrate North Korea. Given everything that‘s going on, it wraps up rather quickly.
