Day 5 #Top20series #20series20days Payne & Jones, testosterone filled “consultants”, taking care of business, when no one else can. Great series! I love the detailed description of places they travel to around the globe. Lots of interesting historical facts as well, but most of all super interesting cases to solve, using whatever means necessary. Fast action, fast pace, impossible to put down!

Crazeedi @EadieB if you ever find this book let me know, it's too expensive on amazon, none of my overdrive accounts has it, so far my library hasn't found it. I'd really like to read it. And I will definitely pay for it! I just dont want to pay 20+ for it. I'm hoping to wait till a used book place has, so far no luck.

Good start to a series. Fast-action, fast-pace, lots of money and military background, which means pretty much no limitations to what can be done and how it can be done. Quite nice spin on slavery - white modern day slaves, due to their family background as slave owners. Personal vendettas. What annoyed me was the juvenile testosterone infested super “manly” jokes. Pointless, tiring, and useless, IMHO.
