“Just a few” books to finish up before the month ends. February is only a few days shorter than the other months. Why does it feel weeks shorter? Looking forward to making the most of @Andrew65 #20in4 Readathon starting tomorrow.

Andrew65 Best of luck, great to have you with us. 😁 Those 2 - 3 days seem to make a big difference. 1y

I pulled this book off my shelves for the #CuriousCovers challenge. To my surprise, it is signed by the author! A used book purchase.

Bailedbailed

Started this book on audio from my library‘s Libby app. Had to turn it off within 10 minutes because I did not like the voice of the presenter. Anyone else have this problem?? Do you give the book another try later with a different format or just give it up all together?

MelissaSewell I haven‘t ever had to bail an audiobook for that reason, but would in a heartbeat. I think it would be so distracting I wouldn‘t be able to concentrate on the story. 6y
Ye_Mighty_Andy_Spare Sounds like you want to read it, but the narration's the only thing stopping you. I'm the same with Anna Karenina - I've twice tried to listen to the version I've got, but all the characters' lines read with Yorkshire (northern English) accents is too offputting 6y
