Picture Perfect: When Life Doesn't Line Up | 
Does anyone have any advice on how to take better pictures or create survey posts? I'm still new to this and would like to make more creative posts but can't figure how!
LazyOwl I use apps like picsart or textgram. There should be a ton of others out there as well though 7y

LibrarianJen If you"re familiar with photoshop, Over and You Doodle both have layering features. There is also Quotes, Quote Creator, Pic Stitch, Pic Frame, Pic Collage and BeFunky. 7y
