I love Amy Thielen but there‘s not much in here I‘d want to make besides the homemade cottage cheese and Chocolate Lazy-Daisy Sheet Cake described as sharing a “resemblance with German chocolate cake...the coconut caramel saturates the top inch beneath the crispy topping” 🐽🐽🐽

Pursuing one of my favorite cookbooks for an interesting dinner option for entertaining a friend tonight. This book is nothing but interesting. Really, this recipe does call for bear.

I won't be making this soup, but the whole cookbook is full of stories and interesting recipes.
