Heading off to the Edinburgh Festival with Charles Paris, with the second book in the Charles Paris Series by Simon Brett. Always quite enjoyable little reads.

so-soBook 2 of the Charles Paris series. Charles fills in at the last minute at a theater review in Edinburgh. While watching a terrible rehearsal, an actor is killed by a knife that was supposed to be fake. Called an accident, but Charles has other ideas and begins to investigate, between trips to the local pubs (as usual)! I am hoping this series gets a bit more interesting, as the premise of the main character is good, just needs a bit more.
