I loved this book- couldn‘t put it down. As a woman, I related to the main character. It also reminded me of some important life lessons- we all mess up but you have to learn to forgive yourself and keep going, it‘s not too late to make a change, and it‘s important to let people in. Cliques perhaps but truths nonetheless. Iykyk.

I‘m glad I gave this book the chance it deserved. It turned out to be a wonderful book. Beautifully written and very well planned. The main character, Leigh, starts off whiny and someone not easy to relate to. However, at the end of the book, she has some major growth to her and her relationships. I like this book a lot more than I thought I would and would recommend it to Piccoult lovers and lovers of family dramas.

#currentlyreading for a book club. The first couple hundred pages were frustrating, but I‘m happy to see some growth in the characters.
