? The second novel in the Victoria Trilogía is as much fun as the first! This one is a riff from H.G. Well‘s novella, ‘The War of the Worlds‘ and is a combo of sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, thriller, adventure, melodrama and historical fiction. The settings include the Antarctic, Gilded Age NYC and a certain field in Woking, England ?

Darthdad I loved these books. These were fun reads that were both light hearted and deep 4y

Speaking of #bookwithgorgeouscover - these are impossibly beautiful first and second novels of Felix Palma's Victorian Trilogy. 😠Can you imagine my disappointment when for the third novel they just switched the series and reissued all three in completely different and much more plain design?! 😭

CouronneDhiver I don‘t, generally, read series but that would be soo annoying. Why ruin it?! 😤 6y
Erofan It's so sad 😦 6y
Violetta @CouronneDhiver @Erofan It sometimes seems to me that publishers do it deliberately to hurt those series-collectors feelings. But that's just marketing policy I'd never understand 🙄 6y
RJHowe Sometimes it has to do with sales and costs, ROI and all that 6y
Violetta @RJHowe Yes, of course, but it's upsetting nonetheless 6y
