This book is one truth bomb after another. "...the best way to address the problem of negativity on a team is at the culture level, where you set the expectation that people who drain the energy of others will not be tolerated."

The fall selection for the company book club couldn't have come at a better time. Morale is low and we've come so far. The negativity has started to creep. This book gave me focus and inspiration to take back the culture I have worked hard to instill in my team. Great book for leaders of people who need a jolt of inspiration.
