Exams, injuries, bed rest, sickness, insomnia, and you name it. This book is helping me get through this phase and cope up with my head like anything. This book is going to be the closest to my heart forever. My go to book for whenever not feeling well enough.

He may only get to keep that which he is willing to let go of. The cool water of the running stream may be scooped up with open, overflowing palms. It cannot be grasped up to the mouth with clenching fists, no matter what thirst motivated over desperate grabs.
