Chaos Queen - Dark Immolation (Chaos Queen 2)
Chaos Queen - Dark Immolation (Chaos Queen 2) | Christopher Husberg
2 posts | 1 read
There are rumours in Ashta - a new religion is rising, and Cinzia, one-time Cantic priestess, has escaped the Holy Crucible. Fleeing from Navone, Cinzia travels with Knot, a man of many parts, and Astrid, the child-like vampire. They are gathering followers, but the murderous Nazaniin are still on their trail. Meanwhile, Winter is losing her grip on sanity, grappling with immense powers beyond her understanding. Where she goes, chaos and death follow.

Also I'm definitely bummed because once I finish this book, I'm going to have to wait a YEAR for the next one 😿😿😿😿😿 I hate reading great stories that aren't immediately finished. According to his author's page though, he lives in Utah. I'll just go camp out on his lawn and demand regular updates and occasional breakfast.

Aninski Waiting for books drives me insane!!! I don't start series anymore before the last book is either out or right around the corner 🙄it sucks to be the last person to read a lot of good things, but I think it sucks less than the agony of waiting 😂 7y
mahasoor I generally prefer to wait until a story is finished before I start reading but if it's a really great series, I suppose I don't mind the gap so much. I'm keen on reading stuff over and over again and sometimes that'll do me, but other times ugh I'm so impatient! @Aninski 7y

Well shit. If I go downstairs to get more coffee, I'm going to be roped in to doing adult things. But if I stay up here and read, I have no more coffee D:
