The premise: Women are moody by nature, and that is a strength rather than something to be medicated away. I was hoping for practical suggestions for managing moods, but instead found disproven assumptions about differences between "male" and "female" brains and a too-heavy reliance on the author's personal experience and opinions (e.g, she ignores the risks of cannabis for those with underlying psychiatric issues and stereotypes SAHDs as lazy).
