I didn't quite see that one coming! Typical Zola. It should have been longer though.

This feels somewhat familiar, like how if this was today, and this poor, poor man didn't get the attention he "deserves" from this woman, he'd start shooting or stabbing women at random. I'm sure he turns out perfectly harmless though, even if it is Zola, and you never know with Zola.

Kirstin This reminds me of Margaret Atwood's quote... Novelist Margaret Atwood writes that when she asked a male friend why men feel threatened by women, he answered, “They are afraid women will laugh at them.” When she asked a group of women why they feel threatened by men, they said, “We‘re afraid of being killed.”... Two very different fears. I love Zola 7y
