1. Once a week based on menu, and 1-2 midweek milk runs
2. Ranch
3. Bake
4. Nope, I drink it. Lol (I usually put some chocolate in my coffee.)
5. I bought tagged book at Dollar Tree years ago and loved it. Not only does it detail how the traditional Japanese diet is healthier than Western diets, it also tells the history of Japanese cuisine. Also ends each chapter with a couple related recipes, but not a cookbook.

Pickpick

Appropriately, I primarily read this while eating high fat foods in Japan. Rolled my eyes heaps over the diet and health bits but there are some great looking recipes! Stories going with the recipes, the history of certain foods, and how she's adapted things for cooking in the States are all quite interesting. And i learned what do with some unfamiliar produce.
