Not bad but not great. I don't think I'll be continuing with this series.
Book 1 finished for #20in4 readathon.

So many twists with this one. It was really good.

Patti Harney stops her unmarked sedan two blocks shy of her destination, the narrow streets packed with patrol cars, the light bars on top of the units shooting a chaos of color into the night.

Fast paced. Zack and Kylie have 2 new cases. One is the mysterious burglaries of expensive hospital equipment and the other a murder and theft of an $8million necklace. Both cases have twists.
Found another amazing used bookstore in Foley, AL: JHS is warehouse-sized yet charmingly sectioned off with multiple places to sit with coffee, cookies, and chats. How could I not buy this book with a cover that looks so much like my view of the #beach?
I enjoyed the mystery and the twists. I had several parts figured out but there were a few things that surprised me a bit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
