Make a great day everyone 😊

Lesliereadsalot Isn‘t it so fun there? We were there on the hottest day ever and felt so sorry for the teens working in the forge! Loved the gift shop where they sold the white dresses. 29m

I liked the mysteries/ reasons for the murders and I loved the setting- on a luxury train through the middle of Australia. But I've already grown tired of the breaking of the 4th wall and the conceit that narrator is talking us through their writing process as the book progresses. Mostly a pick but I'm going to try to avoid this type of plot for a while.

What an enormous amount of information and history. I found this in equal parts absolutely fascinating & incredulous at the same time🤯 Just…WOW🤓📚

Book 41 📚 4.3⭐️

Definitely my favourite HJ book yet! Excited to read this series.

For Pips senior project she has decided to review a closed murder/suicide case from 5 years ago involving 2 students from her Highschool. But she doesn‘t believe Sal did it, and she‘s determined to find out who did.

The Last Mile | David Baldacci

Pickpick

Baldacci is always a good bet and I really enjoyed listening to this. Melvin Mars is on death row, last mile, for killing his parents… when another man confesses. However, Amos Decker thinks something is off about the confession and, yet, that Mars is still innocent. They both look into the past to find the truth. Trigger-racists.

Well worn chestnut that needs to be retired. Not a lot of nuance in assuming popular automatically equals dreck.
