Persons Unknown | Susie Steiner
Pickpick

I loved this book, as well as it‘s predecessor, Missing Presumed, for its mordant wit — a much-loved quality by me — as the self-aware protagonist touches on her own insecurities and shortcomings. Put that together with a murder or two and I‘m a yuge fan. I‘m so looking forward to the next installment in this detective‘s story. I do agree that these would be better read in order, as I saw another reviewer say, and I liked the second book best.

I loved this book. I‘ve read so so many mysteries and thrillers over the years that I rarely find a real page turner anymore. This one and her sequel — Persons Unknown — kept m immersed.

RaimeyGallant Loved this one too. :) And welcome to Litsy! #LitsyWelcomeWagon Some of us put together Litsy tips to help new Littens navigate the site. It's the link in my bio on my page in case you need it.

lmcrandolph Thanks for the info and welcome! I‘m going to have to look up how to do a screen shot to do my profile. Reading tips, I also don‘t know how to do a ‘long hold.‘ Based on my love of the 2 Steiner mysteries, do you have any suggestions for me? 6y
