Thoroughly enjoyed - never felt it was out of line. I like Moore's wit and humor.

I read this 25 years ago on a whim and it changed my whole philosophy on writing - he was a master of making the most incidental of characters worthy of the story and memorable. I was utterly immersed from the start. Far and away my favorite book.
