It teaches us ideas about applied economics that should have been taught to us in schools or at home.

This was a so so book I feel it got really boring at times but it was really interesting at times to it talks about real estate and what type of person is good for that job. I think this book shows you can do anything if you work hard and don‘t give up. I would recommend this book to someone who is interested in learning something knew and thinks real state might be a good job for them.
