pickJust a really difficult book to read (obviously). Beautifully written, but the content makes you want to put the book down very often. It must've taken tremendous courage to relate such painful details about something so taboo. She relates how her being abused leaked into almost every aspect of her psyche, how it split her mind of what was beautiful and desirous, molding her as a teenager and as a young woman forming her own new relationships.

panWhat it is like to buy a truly banned book from eBay. The fictional material itself is legal for me to receive and read, but was still removed from the listings of "Completed Items" shortly after purchasing anyways.
Was up for less than a day before being reported, as compliance with payment processing companies ultimately controls what is suppressed and what is acceptable in any mainstream marketplace for books.
