My pleasure reading gravitates towards any alternate realities, especially LitRPG. I have been reading LitRPG series by Aleron Kong and Pirate Aba and would love to find new authors to check out. I also enjoy any weird mashups of alternate history, fantasy, horror, scifi, etc.

LibraryThing user andejons: I don't know anything about litRPG, so I hope the one I found is good (MDGentleReaders suggestions below all seems good, but were either not available or had a price that seemed to fit badly with the amount I had to spend). Also added an alternate history/time travel novel, which I have heard good things about. Also wanted to mention Naomi Noviks series Temeraire, which seems like something that someone who wants alternate history and fantasy and has read a lot of Aubrey-Maturin would enjoy.
