My mom surprised me with this little book! ??❤️ By the cover, we both expected recommendations for restaurants and cafes, but it is actually a description of each of the must-try foods you would find in Paris - e.g. pain suisse, aligot, salade chèvre chaud. A nice overview of what you may find in a patisserie, bistro, or fromagerie. ???
