2.5 ⭐️ I finished this while we were at the mechanic for our inspection 😆. This was almost a DNF for me. Not a fan of people engaging in bad behavior, mistreating others and excusing it because of their past trauma. Go to therapy and leave innocent people alone. Seems that behavior is being rewarded in a lot of books that cross my path, especially in female characters.

Three best friends plan to end their relationship problems. Jem‘s life is on track she just needs to get rid of her ex. Meagan has a successful business but is now ready for a relationship. Simi has had her heart broken again. The women decide to play the love game but make their own rules. A series of dates with a range of men provided some chuckles. The narrative shifts between each woman‘s perspective. Funny, uplifting, diverse debut novel.

Cutesy book about friendship, dating, and life. Osho also narrates the audio version, and while it‘s sometimes a bit risky having the author perform the audio, it worked out brilliantly this time!

For 3 friends that are kind of stuck in a dating void, an idea to find each other dates sounds like a good idea at first, but is it really? Or, will they discover more about themselves? Fluffy with some serious bits, this was a fun listen.

Librarybelle Thanks #NetGalley and the publisher for an advanced listening copy! 2y

The best book I‘ve read this year! Amazing, loved the characters, loved the story. Read this book very quickly and was entertained throughout.

Not my usual kind of book but I'm giving it a pick. Had some laugh out loud moments to push it up from so so. Be interesting to see what our book group thinks about it tomorrow 🤔

Next up . . . This is the inaugural read for our staff book group. I'm totally judging by the cover and not sure it's my cuppa tea. Need to get skates on, virtual meeting is Wednesday 😳
