"Another one bites the dust. And another one gone, and another one gone. Another one bites the dust" Just knocked out A book of Thieves and The Darkest Magic on my TBR shelf just in a couple days. The series is told from multiple character point of views. I thought the author did a good job keeping things interesting. I didn't feel the need to jump chapters just because I liked a certain character more. The book jumps the modern world to fantasy.

398.2 Hahaha good catch.....I really liked the Red Queen. The next two books were not my favorite but it‘s a solid series. It‘s worth checking out. @Book.Life 6y

398.2 I met the author for second book tour and she was awesome! If you ever get a chance to meet her you should take it. I got my picture taken with her and my face was so red it in because how excited I was. Lol still love the series. I am just hoping that the third book picks up a bit. @Book.Life 6y

Book.Life Well honestly it's been a while since I've read the series, but while I was reading the third book I did feel like I saw a lot of the same thing happening again. I love her writing but I think maybe her story plot could be more interesting... I absolutely adored the ending of Kings Cage. 6y
