Good overview of the roles of a board of directors vs the roles of management, with advice on selecting new board members (but not on recruiting), and how to exit non-performing CEOs
Needs more examples of growing businesses and more positive examples. Lots of hindsight criticisms of failures, but I find there are many ways to do a thing wrong. I learn more by reviewing how things went right. Those were too few and far between.
