Not for me, not my usual genre and I struggled to get along with this book. However I Have really enjoyed previous Dawn french books!

Struggling to find the time to actually read at the moment but Libby‘s free audio books are helping me clear the TBR books in my shelf 🤩

A real funny easy read , Mo is a child psychologist and parent to two teenagers who she doesn‘t always see eye to eye with is turning 50 ,the teenage daughter resembles a vicki pollard character. I was thrilled that it was actually Dawn French reading her own book made it much more enjoyable .

This book is fabulously fun & easy to read. It follows a modern, somewhat mad family as they plod through their day to day lives. Mo is the matriarch, Dora is a thoroughly typical teenager, Peter is channelling Oscar Wilde and quiet unassuming Dad is bringing up the rear. It‘s heartwarming, funny and relatable. A perfect book for anyone looking for something lighthearted to read.

🔵 Generally reading but sometimes I like to make up random stories or scenarios in my head. The imagining helps me sleep and subconsciously work through any issues I might be having.

🔵 Flying. Just no.

🔵 I remember most of my dreams. They‘re always weird. My reoccurring one is a nightmare and we shan‘t give it a name.
