A new collection of the adventures of everyone's favorite runaway princess, the incomparable Adrienne. This time she's out to rescue her older sister Angelica, the most beautiful princess in the world. It won't be easy though. Not only does Adrienne have to deal with Angelica's legions of admirers and their sibling rivalry, but the King has hired a band of ruthless mercenaries to track her down. Can she save Angelica? Does she want to? And how will she deal with these deadly knights who are after her head?

This book is just as delightful as the first! It wasn't just fun to spend time with Adrienne again, but also get to know more about her sisters & see her interaction with Angelica. I was also super excited to see her go up against the knights her father has enlisted to avenge his daughter. It was silly & fun & exciting all in one. My biggest complaint is probably that it was too short, because I'm dying to see if I'm right about the Black Knight.

Hilarious as it is modern. Princess Adrienne, along w/ sidekicks Bedella, a half-dwarf blacksmith girl, & Sparky the dragon, continues her adventures. In this vol 2, she sets out to rescue her older sister--only to find a woman who only sees purpose in looking pretty. Here we get a much needed commentary on the beauty queen & self-objectification aspect of sexism.
MY CHILDHOOD NEEDED THESE BOOKS!!

HAHAHA! ?? Continuing the adventures of our runaway princess in volume 2 of "Princeless."
Dresses and short skirts just don't work for hero work--and blunders. Amarite?
