Back Street | 
Today‘s delicious lunch of fried catfish, roasted potatoes and cheesy hominy courtesy of the Back Street Cafe in the small town of Sinton. The food was amazing. It‘s a gorgeous day in south Texas. Finally on the way home now.

Texreader @Kaye @RestlessFickleBookHoarder If I could box up a diner and take it home this was it. The food was so unbelievably good. Oh it came with a salad bar and get this, a bean bar (beans and corn bread). The hominy was easily the best I ever had. Cheesy with bits of tomatoes. Mmmmmm. 6y
