I very interested in restorative yoga, due this a really loved this book!
The author describe with so much detail many yoga poses, how I'd prepare it, how to keep in the posture and how back from. My favourite part is the collection of postures she recomend at the of the book, groups of posture we can do in diferents situation. A great book!
