While not being my favourite book by Olga Tokarczuk, it shows again what a talented writer she is. Every word, every sentence is the way it should be. Every scene is crafted and polished. These three stories are interconnected, we're entering three connected lifes. Or rather, three connected deaths. This book is a kind of Bardo, escpecially the first story is one. The last one is so different, it almost hurts.
