A powerful collection of essays Roy wrote about politics, war, and human rights. I first read her novel God of Small Things and loved it. She is a powerful writer and amazing woman. #agameoffavorites She has called out many folks on many things (including a filmmaker for portraying a rape without consent of the attacked). One interesting thing is she is the only non-expat Indian author to win the Booker.
