pickThis whole series is good and I love a well written novella. Max is a side character - but a protective alpha hero. Sarah has escaped a mental hospital after she‘s seen monsters and her brother wants control of her company. There was a lot packed in this short book, and I enjoyed it.
pickTruckin' on through this series! Being really honest, I love these novels, devour them actually! There's a good plot going on and each new novel adds. 😉 This is part of the box set I borrowed from the library but Goodreads lists it as novella 2.5 because it's main protagonist is a side character named Max instead of main Kayrs clan...still good!
