Dear Dear by Gene Barrera is a great story of homophones. This story is all about a dear writing to an ant about his ‘neighbors‘ at the zoo. It‘s all about the types of animals and homophones that go with each of them.

AshleyAA I remember struggling with homophones when I was younger, I wish I had this book to help! A great way to visually show, not only the spelling of the words but also their different meanings. Awesome resource! 6y

What a perfect way to teach kids about homophones. When Aunt Ant writes a letter to Dear Deer, you will see what I mean.

Alfoster Too cute! 8y
