Got this on loan from a friend. I've been looking to break up all the political education, and I can't think of a better way than to get back into Fantasy/Sci-Fi. So far so good!

Getting ready to sink my teeth into this now. Mr. Chang has never not been on point.

This was my first time reading anything approaching a self-help book, and was exactly what I needed. A no-nonsense look at unlocking creativity and slaying Resistance, that force that uses every trick in the book to hold us back.

Angela Davis ALWAYS says it better. A collection of interviews, speeches, and essays exploring intersectional solidarity, prison abolition, and the Black radical tradition. A quick and inspiring read.

Happy to re-read one of my favorites, this time to my lion cub. ❤️

Pickpick

Wonderful collection of sci-fi shorts by African authors, many of whom make their debut. Most of the stories served to only arouse my interest, as anthologies do, so my reading list will only grow as I track these authors down. Will certainly be digging into the second volume.
