In a reverse twist on the Robin Hood story, a young medieval maiden stands up for the rights of the mistreated, stealing from the rich to give to the poor. All the while, she fights against her cruel uncle who has taken over the land that is rightfully hers. Forced to live in the woods and hide with the poor people she's grown to love, she works to save and protect them, but she never anticipates falling in love with the wealthy knight who represents all she's come to despise.

Not my favorite retelling of Robin Hood I still felt like even though the roles switched it wasn‘t quite complete. Would have liked to see her a bit stronger in some situations. But an interesting take nonetheless. #doublespin @TheAromaofBooks

I'm wondering if this was one of her earlier novels. The writing seemed inconsistent but acceptable. A very fun read.

The book A Daring Sacrifice was alright, it is not a book that I would ever reread again but it is a good short read. There is enough adventure to satisfied someone but there is also a lot of romance that takes place. Do not get me wrong, the book is good, it just is amazing.

An interesting Robin Hood retelling with genders swapped. I really liked the feminist vibe, though it could have been much stronger. The book could have provided a bit more setting. It was heavily romance-centered, which isn't inherently bad; but in this case it resulted in a lack of setting.
