Billiam must grapple help a man who has lost the benefactor who winds him up. Gershwyn must avoid roving bands of violent Vegans willing to eat the laurels directly off of hapless Forum members heads and everyone must get to the bottom of the sewer board, the lowest and most prestigious office of all.
