pickI had never read this book before. I love the creativity of the extra letters. First off the blue guy reminds me of ET.
I had to dig alot to find the racial issue, and it was over this guy who looks to look like and Arab man riding a camel. I would never have guessed that in my life.

pickCurrently the bedtime favorite in my house! As with many Dr. Seuss books, it's fun and unique and has lots of rhymes. My son is obsessed with this new "alphabet" and is in the process of copying it to every writing surface he has...notebooks, coloring books, chalkboard, white board...
The places I took him! I tried hard to tell young Conrad Cornelius o'Donald o'Dell a few brand-new wonderful words he might spell. I led him around and tried hard to show there are things beyond Z that most people don't know.
