1. The tagged book is a great memoir from a renowned chef about his battle with cancer while creating a world class restaurant.
2. I love so many foods, but I‘d say a great chicken parmesan always sounds good to me. Or, steak with risotto.
3. I don‘t like fishy fish. Or Brussels sprouts except at one particular restaurant.
4. Easter! Mimosas, brunch foods, chocolate.....mmmmmm.
5. The Fat Canary, Williamsburg, Virginia.

I rather enjoyed this look into a world and type of food I have not yet experienced. The different perspectives of the authors are interesting to read. It's a good story about men with a goal and the things they do to attain that goal. This was my #ReadHarder 2016 choice for Food Memoir.
