Pickpick

After giving the eulogy for her father's funeral, Lily meets a mysterious man named Ryle. They share “naked truths” about themselves and some major flirting occurs. They reluctantly part paths, unlikely to meet again. Lily opens a flower shop and works hard to make it a success. Coincidentally, Ryle and Lily meet again and begin to form a relationship that appears like a fairytale.

Madie.Marsh After a few incidents, Lily must decide if her dark past is repeating itself or if the circumstances are more complicated than she thought. Many twists and turns lead Lily to her rock bottom.
If you like books that don‘t follow the typical romance plot, this book is for you.
It Ends With Us is heavily based on the experiences of Lily‘s childhood involving her parents‘ relationship.

Madie.Marsh Lily must decide whether to follow in their footsteps or choose a different path. (This book does involve abuse )

The point of view in this book is Lily‘s. We get to read her thoughts and everything she has with Ryle. The author lives through Lily to express her thoughts about abuse in relationships. Colleen Hoover, the author, writes in the “notes from the author” about how she had a similar experience with her parents.

Madie.Marsh She uses pronouns such as “I“ “Him“ “we“ “us“ to show that it is from a first-person perspective. 2y
