Book 3 of the Don Tillman series was not disappointing. I love the other Rosie books and really liked this one too! This one wasn't my favorite of the series but it was still so enjoyable. Don and Rosie are back with their 11 year old son. As usual, problems arise and Don works out a way to fix them all. Fun book! #trilogy

I didn't love this book. I didn't hate it either though. I keep seeing it pop up in the #bestof2019 stuff. Am I the only one not in love with it? The ups and downs of their relationship was a bit exhausting for me.

I've been so curious about this book and was excited to finally read it. It was darker than expected. I like the world that was created - recognizable but different. I think this book tried to hit on too many different hot button topics to be really enjoyable to me. Still glad I gave it a read! I did listen to the audio and it was okay.

A good first read for the year! I became overloaded by WWII books, but this is a different spin on that war.
