I'm a nerd who's first love was books. Crack open the covers, load up the fun-what could possibly go wrong?

You can see any they made a show out of this. It was interesting to go along as Dexter as he tried to understand a world of interaction that we know instinctively. My only complaint is that the ending doesn‘t feel resolved. It goes like it is, but it came off like I missed something. I am interested in reading the next one though.

This was such a fun read. I didn't know it was a web comic first, but this just sucked me in. It's hard not to once you are watch the character interact and slowly learn about the fantasy world they're in. And then our villainous protagonists make a plan and pasts are revealed, and I finished it in an hour. Would read again. HIGHLY recommend.

I feel like this is a book that's been forgotten or overlooked by most people. I personally LOVED it. I know this author hasn't written much, but there's just something to her writing. It helps that the romance is obvious, but realistic. There's no talk of 'one true loves' or everything suddenly working out-simply effort from both sides. That and a strong female character made it a refreshing read.
