This was...okay. A mild pick. I think it suffers from my having seen the movie a few times (1976 version, not 2013). Plus I‘m not much of a horror reader. But I did it! #authoramonth #outsideofmycomfortzone

I don‘t handle child abuse or death very well, especially when I‘m not expecting it. So this is very out of my comfort zone. But my aunt dropped this off for me a few weeks ago, telling me I absolutely need to read it, and warning me about what happens.

So, I guess I‘m giving this a shot. At some point.
