so-soI love Megan Miranda and was excited to read this, but I found it off putting and difficult to follow at times. I found myself reading passages over more than once, trying to grasp if there were subtle nuances I was missing or if it was just poorly written in spots. I figured out both reveals long before they actually happened, and I just wasn‘t wowed by this story. Furthermore, I didn‘t much care for the heroine. #liketheauthorbutnotthisbook
Megabooks I did the audiobook and it was my second favorite to All the Missing Girls. I really like Megan in general too! 4y
Bookgirl @Megabooks I‘m glad you liked it! Only has a 72% on here and there are a lot of so so reviews saying what I felt, so that made me feel a bit better. Always a bummer when you can‘t get into a book by an author you look forward to 4y
