I‘m proud of myself for recording every meal & snack & remembering to weigh myself every second day! Didn‘t do any writing, finish reading any books, or workout daily but I‘ve been active & read every day. There‘s room for improvement but I feel I‘m making progress. I‘ll call that a win!
